  • Integrated Energy Therapy® is a gentle, heart-centered energy healing approach designed to support emotional release, energetic balance, and deeper self-connection. These sessions create space to explore and release stored emotional patterns, stress, and energetic blocks that may be impacting your ability to feel grounded, connected, and aligned within yourself.

    Each session is guided with compassion, intuition, and intention while honoring your individual healing process and emotional readiness. Clients often leave sessions feeling lighter, calmer, more emotionally aware, and more connected to themselves.

  • These sessions are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space away from the constant noise of everyday life. Through guided meditation, mindfulness, grounding techniques, and nervous system support, we focus on helping you build greater emotional awareness, inner connection, and a deeper sense of calm within yourself.

    Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, mentally exhausted, or simply craving space to breathe, these sessions are intended to support you in coming back to yourself in a more grounded and intentional way.

  • Therapy is not about “fixing” who you are — it is about understanding yourself differently. Through a trauma-informed and holistic approach, these sessions focus on exploring the patterns, protective responses, emotional experiences, and life transitions that may be keeping you feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted.

    My approach integrates mindfulness, nervous system awareness, parts work, and self-exploration to help you build a deeper understanding of yourself while creating meaningful and lasting change. Therapy services are provided virtually through Authentically Living Psychological Services for individuals
