Healing That Meets You Where You Are
A space to reconnect with yourself, release what’s been weighing you down, and begin creating the life you’ve been craving.
Ways We Can Work Together
The patterns you’re stuck in are not random. They were learned, carried, and repeated for a reason. This work is about understanding what’s underneath them instead of continuing to judge yourself for them. Because awareness changes things.
I offer healing-centered services in the following areas:
Integrated Energy Therapy (IET™)
Supporting emotional release and balance through intuitive, body-based practices.
Holistic Trauma Therapy
A grounded space to explore patterns, process experiences, and reconnect with yourself safely.
* Therapeutic Services Provided through Authentically Living Psychological Services
Meditation for Emotional Healing
Guided meditation sessions designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and support emotional grounding, clarity, and inner balance.
Meet Jaclyn, the heart behind Hope in Serenity
I don’t believe you’re broken — I believe you learned how to survive. But at some point, survival mode starts to feel exhausting, disconnected, or like something just isn’t sitting right anymore.
My work is about helping you slow down, understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with yourself in a way that finally feels real, grounded, and authentic to who you are.

Why Hope in Serenity?
Hope in Serenity was created from the belief that healing is not about becoming someone new — it is about reconnecting with yourself beneath the pain, survival patterns, and experiences that pulled you away from who you truly are.
The name itself holds deep meaning to me. “H.O.P.E” stands for Hold On, Pain Ends — a reminder I have carried with me through both personal experiences and the years I have spent working alongside individuals navigating trauma, mental health challenges, and recovery. The word “Serenity” was chosen through my work in the recovery community, where I witnessed the power of learning to let go of what we cannot control while creating space for healing, growth, and self-understanding.
Hope in Serenity was built to be more than just a service or a session. My hope is for this space to feel grounding, human, and deeply supportive — a place where healing can involve the mind, body, and soul together. Whether through therapy, mindfulness, energy work, meditation, or self-exploration, this space was created for people learning how to move beyond survival mode and reconnect with themselves in a more honest, compassionate, and authentic way.
